All classes on this schedule are open to everyone.

SCHOOL HOLIDAY CANCELLATIONS:

Please note that over school holidays we may have a few cancellations due to staff shortage and public holidays. Please check Gym Master or our bookings link each week to confirm classes. Madhouse Mayhem

Join our Strength & Conditioning class for a high energy workout that combines strength training with conditioning workouts to optimize your fitness!

We will work through a 12 week strength block incorporating deload weeks as we move up to a 1RM Day in week 12. We have options for those who are not interested in testing, so you can still come along to classes without the pressure of lifting heavy. The 3 main lifts we train in this block are Deadlifts, Squats & Cleans.

Each Madhouse class includes our Workout of the Day (WOD), a fast-paced, varied workout that challenges your endurance and keeps you pushing ‘til the end.

Hustl. Harder

Following an EMOM format (Every minute on the minute), this intense 30-40 minute group fitness class is designed for those looking looking for a quick yet challenging workout. At the top of each minute, you will complete a specific number of reps of an exercise while resting for the remainder of the minute. This format keeps the heartrate high making it perfect for a fast paced workout for everyone!

3Sixty Circuit

A dynamic 45 minute circuit class designed for all fitness levels. For the beginner to the seasoned athlete, you will experience a variety of exercises targeting strength, cardio and mobility as you move through different stations. Our Coaches will be there to guide you through the exercises, ensuring proper form and modifications while blasting some high energy tunes!

Not Rxn Club

A long haul conditioning workout focussed specifically on improving cardiovascular fitness and endurance. We roll through various exercises and formats using full body exercises. This class has NO RUNNING….ever!

MetaPWR

HIIT in a circuit format using both weights and bodyweight for a full body cardio session. This class focuses on compound & power exercises to maximise your time, compacting the class into a hard and fast 20-30 minute session!

Curl Jam

Curl Jam is our low impact, high reward, upper body strength/hypertrophy session using both compound and iso exercises. This class is designed to help you build muscle and enhance your upper body strength.

Glute Camp

Glute Camp, where we focus on building strength and shape through progressive overload. We’ll tackle two main lifts, followed by accessory work to round out the session. Perfect for anyone looking to elevate their glute game in a fun and supportive environment.

Hyrox Xpress

A hard ‘n fast 30 minute workout inspired by Hyrox! Expect to be pulling and pushing sleds, lunging, throwing balls and of course, running! This class is for everyone and can be adapted to suit all levels of fitness. Can’t run? Don’t stress, we’ve got options for you!
