Please note that over school holidays we may have a few cancellations due to staff shortage and public holidays. Please check Gym Master or our bookings link each week to confirm classes. Madhouse MAYHEM

Strength & Conditioning

Start the session with a Main lift + Secondary Lift, e.g: Back Squats & Push Press, before moving into a high intensity Workout of the Day: e.g: AMRAP, Chipper, Rounds for Time, EMOM etc.

Madhouse FUSION

Fundamental Movement

10-15 mins focusing on prehab, movement prep, stability & mobility, before moving into a quick power circuit (think throws & jumps). Finish the class with a bodyweight strength & mobility WOD.

Madhouse THROWDOWN

Partner/Team WODs

Work with a partner or team to complete the workout together! Share the load & support your mate through synchro reps, I go, You go and more.

Madhouse STRENGTH

Barbell Work & Accessories

Low impact resistance training starting with an upper & lower body compound lift focussing on improving technique using barbells. Finish the session with full body accessory exercises.

Madhouse CARDIO

Aerobic Conditioning

Run, row, bike & lift. High reps, light - moderate weight in various formats to build your engine. This cardio class is 30-40 min of movement that keeps the heart rate high!

Not RXN Club

Long Haul Conditioning

A moderate intensity cardio session using barbells, dumbbells and more. The game changer? This class has NO running...ever!

HYROX

Hyrox Inspired WOD

HYROX inspired workouts; circuits, challenges & WODs for those who are training for comp, or those who are keen to try the latest fitness trend!

NEO CLUB

Beginners Group Fitness

Low impact, low pressure group fitness for those new or returning to the gym. Learn how to execute basic exercises and how to use our equipment.

Our Group Fitness classes have limited spaces. We appreciate a booking ahead of time, to ensure our coaches can plan class accordingly. Members, please use the Gym Master app to book a class. Casual participants, please use the link below to book your spot.
